"It's also very high in fructose, which a lot of HFCS detractors argue is responsible for disease (BS). "

I agree. Fructose is the main sugar in fruits.

The studies do not lie however. HFCS is bad for the body. First of all the extract it from yellow corn, also known as mutant grass since it is not naturally made. Then they add tons of refinements. YOU CANT **** WITH NATURE. nature gave us natural sweeteners for a reason. Agave nectar is actually beneficial for your health. HFCS is not.

I am sure you could clutter my advice with biased information, as anyone has that capability. If I fail at diet advice, why am I in such exceptional shape and GOOD HEALTH LMAO. What shape are you in?

Osceoporosis is mainly caused by two things
1. high intake of acidic foods- animal protein, salty foods, and refined foods

2. not getting enough vit C (because the Western diet focuses too much on animals and not enough on vit C rich plants)

LOL....your funny bro.

I may be vegan (and not diabetic) but the animals have little to do why I made that choice. It was all for the health, and there is no argument that plants are much healthier and more beneficial for your health. Animals are only eaten for personal pleasures, which is acceptable, but you need to understand that animals contain little macronutrient value, and all their small micronutrient values are found in plants in rather high doses.

>"Doing such an action is no different from googling Plato and vegetarian...hmm"

Wow, that's retarded. Basically you're suggesting we have as much valid information for 2500 years ago as we do for contemporary history.

>"You can name three exceptional people"

I could clutter youtube comments with contradictions to your theories about what supposedly the worst foods are for our health. You fail at diet advice, and you fail at science. I mean really, agave and maple syrup? BTW; osTeoporosis

>"HFCS= unnatural. Enough said"

It's a simple fact that your body can't tell any difference what the source of the sugars you eat are. Maple syrup is very expensive because it takes a huge amount of land, and a huge amount of energy to get a small amount of it. It's certainly delicious (hey, it's sugar) but it's a luxury, and it's hardly environmentally friendly. It's also very high in fructose, which a lot of HFCS detractors argue is responsible for disease (BS).

Perhaps your diabetic, but if you're not, you don't have to be anal about watching your intake of foods with a high glycemic index. Go ahead and be vegan or vegetarian, it can be done today thanks to modern technology, but preaching in an effort to get people from eating meat because they feel weird about death and suffering of animals is understandable, but it's nature. Even a vegetarian can't cultivate plants on a large scale without resorting to killing animals.

In the Bible the first animals and humans were vegans. Animals had their plants and humans had their seed bearing plants available. Then came sin and genetic corruption. Man had to sacrifice animals to take the place of HIS life for his sins. Then man ate the animal. Man was set up to either be able to eat a vegan OR an omnivorous diet because God knew before hand man would sin and hence started out vegan but wound up omnivorous.

Daniel was a vegetarian, too. So really, its your choice.

I never said moderation was bad. Animal foods may contain potentially dangerous macronutrients, but if kept at safe and small levels it is okay, even regarding milk products and HFCS If I dare say.

I try and stick with red, blue, or sweet potatoes, as white potatoes are not much different than white pasta, white rice, etc. all the latter having high glycemic levels. Whole wheat does not have a high glycemic level, FYI. I don't consume brown rice too often.

HFCS= unnatural. Enough said

For real... quit being such a drama queen with the LOL phrases.

"Start looking up names of famous Okinawa centenarians and google their name with the word milk"

you are going against your own religion. Doing such an action is no different from googling Plato and vegetarian...hmm

You can name three exceptional people while I can name you the hundreds affected by animal products and refined foods..Just look at osceoporosis levels for christ sake.

Yes, we're technically, all the product of evolution all the way back to the first successful form of life. And if we look to the results embodied in homosapien, we find a digestive system with mechanisms consistent with digestion of plant material, and inconsistent with digestion of animal-based foods. If we eat animal-based foods anyway, our health declines. Did we evolved to have a digestive system inconsistent with what we eat, or do we eat a diet inconsistent with our digestive system? ;-)
