I am seriously thinking about becoming a vegetarian is it good or bad what do you guy know about it?
Would it still be okay to have milk and cheese? :)

Turning veggie ,way to go ! It really has no more pros than cons .Talking about less of calcium & other essential minerals found in fish etc. & which are deficent in veg diet u can try some dietary supplements. it's perfectly okay to have milk try soy milk or skimmed milk it's less fattening & as for cheese go easy on it !go for cottage cheese if u must .Yoghurt is also good.
