i wonder how many competitions vegans have won? hmmm. they have to work 3 times as hard as a normal meat eating person as well.
im sure all those chips and junk foods that make up the vegetarain diet would make you fat

VeganButterfly on April 4, 2009 at 12:59 pm #

Work 3 times harder? Not really since vegan can easily get all their protein and other nutrients and without all the saturated fat, and cholesterol that comes with eating flesh.
They have won plenty of competitions. Obviously not more than omnis only because there are far less vegans than omnis IN GENERAL.

cholesterol and fat? vegetarians always try to compare the wort form of meat “fast food” to steamed vegtables at thier best. a steak verse a plate of broccli? what would most people chose to help them survive in the wild? meat vs vagtables at thier best meat wins at thier worst (fast food vs junk food) meat still wins

Nice! Healthy and Nice! Mind if I use this recipe do you?

UzumakiMatrix on April 12, 2009 at 6:46 pm #

I learned that wheat germ and lentils the base of it all then..

you could put sate mushroom and shredded carrot etc anything you want as long as you have the base

lentils are great source of protein!

in the end she put a lot of cheese!

how about your favorite veggie cheese only 35 calories and a teaspoon of dijon mustard

also I would cut down on the oil if it was a one service…

but thanks for the inspiring ideas!

I’ll become a veggie healthy loving burger maniac lol

How can this be a vegetarian recipe when she’s added an aborted chicken embryo?? O_o

BeforeAndAfterTV on April 15, 2009 at 12:37 am #

Yes, many vegetarians eat eggs. Eggs are not baby chickens, but are a female chicken’s period. A female’s egg (of any species,) unfertilized by semen, is not life.
People who avoid all animal products, including eggs, milk, dairy products and honey as well as meat, poultry and fish are called vegans. You can substitute the eggs with “flax eggs”: 6 tbsp ground flax to 2 tbsp boiling water. The milk can be substituted with either soya milk or rice milk. Now the recipe completely vegan! Katie
