I just recently switched to a vegan diet 2 weeks ago. Up until this point my cycles have run like clockwork over the last 20 years. I only spotted for about an hour and then nothing. Should I worry?
Diet change can affect your cycle (delay it a bit), but if you switch correctly, it should resume as normal.
Make sure you get enough protein and that your nutrient levels are ok. You may need an iron supplement – don't just take one though. You should get a blood test to establish if it is necessary because iron is easy to overdose on and you don't want to play around with an overdose.
