Tofu can be made into lots of stuff (i have a recipe for sandwich stackers that is a lot better than the Tofurky fake meat), black or pinto beans and rice for burritos and other south-of-the-border dishes, stuff to make Boston baked beans, pasta, and of course fresh fruits and veggies.

fruit and vegetables are an obvious choice. Whole grain pasta is usually easy to find where the one ingredient is 100% whole wheat. I just buy the grocery store brand. Beans are another easy option. when it comes to bread, though, it gets a little trickier. i have had the same problems finding a regular bread thats just at the grocery store, not a specialty store. The same goes for margarine and cereals, but it depends on the store. I have found that most tortillas are vegan so thats another easy carb option.

- All the fruit and veggies
- Dried beans
- Rice and whole grain flowers
- Nuts, and seeds, some peanut butters and jellies.
- Soy Milk, most stores carry it now.
You can buy many other products, but read the ingredients since many companies sneek: egg, dairy, and meat into their processed products.
- Tofu
- Most stores carry some fake meats like: Smart Dogs, Boca and Morning Star.
- Some stores have a health food section where you can find stuff like Textured vegetable protein to make your own veggie patties with.
