I am wondering if I am just seeing things or if my skin is really changing color. I think that my skin has kind of a bronze tinge to it since I have become vegan. I have been eating vegan for a few months now.
The other explanation could be that I am paler since being vegan and my suntan has a slightly different color to it.
Just so you know, I have been making sure to have some raw green veggies everyday, such as spinach, romaine lettuce, broccoli, etc.
Does this sound accurate?
Hey I am not worried about this, I just noticed a difference. I wanted to see if any other vegans notice a difference.
I have a very healthy diet. I don’t think that the change in skin color is a bad thing, I am just making sure that it’s not just my imagination.
I've been a vegan for over a year but I am not seeing significant weight loss (not that I'm a vegan for weight loss…), and would like to know what foods I should take out of my diet to see some results. Can anyone give me some ideas? And it would be nice if you had a source so I would know that you're not just making things up off the top of your head.
Thanks.
I just started a preseason and I find running to be EXTREMELY difficult for me. I get tired really easily and my legs hurt really bad. I've been an animal-lover vegetarian for a few years. I know I need protein to build muscle. I eat a Boca product almost every night for dinner and I really try to watch my protein. I also have vitamins for iron. Can someone explain why I have to work twice as hard and still be weak?
I think I'm looking for an excuse, like being anemic or something. haha
I am seriously thinking about becoming a vegetarian is it good or bad what do you guy know about it?
Would it still be okay to have milk and cheese? ![]()
thanks in advance.
I want to be a vegan, mostly to lose weight (I've gained 20 pounds), but I'm worried of malnutrition. What is the healthiest vegan plan that could give me weight loss results as well? I have no idea what the cost of tofu is and all that jazz, and I'm worried of gaining more weight. Please help me!
My husband has been a vegetarian for the past 5 months and ever since then he has not been turned on or interested in sex. Could it be the lack of protein? Cause when he ate meat before he always wanted sex and was actually interested. And no if your thinking hes cheating or having an affair hes not. If anyone could help that would be great.
I was thinking about going vegetarian, but I read somewhere in a book that I should do a little research that way I can get the balenced diet. Seeing how there are two different types of vegetarian diets, I choose the lacto-ovo lifestyle. This alows me to eat dairy products and eggs. I still am going to need more vitamins and protein, and that's why I need more websites, just to be sure I have all I need. Please no stupid answers please. Thank you.
