I usually have no problem finding vegetarian/vegan options at any restaurant. However, since I’ve learned of my food allergies (sesame, sunflower, tree nuts,) I’ve been reluctant to eat at restaurants! It’s difficult enough to find options to eat at home (since many vegan options include sunflower oil.) How can I find away to eat out or even at dinner parties? I’m embarrassed to tell hosts all of my dietary restrictions!

My daughter is a vegetarian (but eats eggs and dairy). She will be starting school next year and I need some good ideas for her to take for lunch since school lunchrooms are not very veggie friendly. She is very picky. Any good ideas I can put in her lunch box? (besides the normal things like veggie sticks, yogurt, etc…). She loves veggie chicken, can she eat that cold?

I love mexican food (even though I’m white), and I always keep taquitos in the freezer. But, vegetarianism seems so much healthier and cleansing to the body, and I would love to become a vegetarian. What should I do?
